THERAPEUTIC APPROACH 

Lucy approaches therapeutic healing through an integrative, holistic, strengths-based perspective. Working from a client-centered model of therapy, she creates a safe and open space for clients to share their vulnerabilities and work collaboratively to create change. In treatment sessions, she utilizes different treatment modalities and evidence-based practices such as mindfulness techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy. She also teaches, introduces, and models effective coping skills to clients to help them achieve a more fulfilling life by building on their strengths to break negative thinking patterns and cycles.  Lucy also integrates solution-focused interventions and insight oriented therapy as appropriate.
